Day 1 Terelj
We will pick you up from your hotel or guesthouse at 8:30 AM. Our journey begins with a visit to the Genghis Khan Statue Complex. After exploring the monument, we will drive to Terelj National Park, one of Mongolia’s most visited and scenic natural reserves. Highlights include Turtle Rock and Aryabal Meditation Temple, located just a few kilometers from Turtle Rock. Visitors can also enjoy 1-hour horseback riding in the park.

Lunch/ Dinner
Day 2 Elsen Tasarkhai
Today we visit Elsen Tasarkhai, a stunning semi-desert region in central Mongolia. The area features a unique mix of sand dunes, grassy plains, rocky formations, and small water bodies, earning it the nickname “Mini Gobi.” Travelers can enjoy 1-hour camel riding here.

Day 3 Kharkhorum
We visit Kharkhorum, the ancient capital of the Mongol Empire established in 1235 by Ögedei Khan, son of Genghis Khan. The city was the political, cultural, and economic center of the empire for decades. A key highlight is Erdene Zuu Monastery, built in 1585 on the ruins of the old city and one of Mongolia’s oldest Buddhist monasteries.

Day 3 Return to Ulaanbaatar
After breakfast, we drive back to Ulaanbaatar from the semi-desert region and drop you at your hotel. We hope you enjoyed the 4-day Kharkhorum tour full of memorable experiences.
